I am about to complete the rebuild of my engine but need to make the oil level float mechanism for the 4cyl W5A engine. Does anyone have any detailed drawings; photos or materials of construction that I could use?

Radiator surround
The chrome radiator surround (see photos of my car on the DMAC 'photos' webpage) is in a poor state and repairs are very difficult and re-chroming nearly impossible. What I really need is a new, or nearly new, surround. Anyone any ideas where I can get one?

Valve Tappet clearances

Tappet clearances
I've just had my M40 piston conrods remetalled and am starting to rebuil the engine. I only have a manual for an M2 model and this refers to tappet clearances measured 'hot'. Can anyone give me the M40 tappet clearances when the engine is cold. kindest regards

1931 Frontenac Transmission
