all tickets get an automated acknowledgement. No response at all means that there is a problem with your own email. If you remembered to make a note of the ticket numbers check them on line.

Night and weekends have basic tech support but if it is down to a billing issue then it will get held over for the office staff on Monday. Remember that Bravenet is just outside Vancouver so start of business there is teatime in the UK.
