All of a sudden my website is not working. My membership is up to date. Sent two support ticket but no response. Is there anybody there?

Probably no one in until Monday

It is the weekend so will have to wait till Monday perhaps


It looks like your domain has expired as looked it up and it says expired May 12th.

So hopefully you have renewed it and it is just taking time for propogation.


Bravenet is not in the office and will be on Monday when normal business takes place


Don't open anymore tickets. Just monitor your ticket online or your e-mail address for the automated responses.


But again it is the weekend.

all tickets get an automated acknowledgement. No response at all means that there is a problem with your own email. If you remembered to make a note of the ticket numbers check them on line.

Night and weekends have basic tech support but if it is down to a billing issue then it will get held over for the office staff on Monday. Remember that Bravenet is just outside Vancouver so start of business there is teatime in the UK.
