I would also have expected a lot more messages from people in your situation.

The alternate explanation is that there is a problem on your end. Easiest thing to try is doing it again in another browser.

When I set my three accounts up (quite a few years ago, it might have changed) it was necessary to use a different email address for each account.

My accounts are different emails as well
