Well, if there is a general problem at Bravenet that prevents everyone from paying I think they will have noticed and made fixing it their no 1 priority.
I would also have expected a lot more messages from people in your situation.
The alternate explanation is that there is a problem on your end. Easiest thing to try is doing it again in another browser.
