I learned this a long time ago.
Put your finger in a glass of water.
Pull it out as fast as you can.
The length of time it takes for the water
to fill the hole left by your finger is
how long it takes to replace you at you place of employment.
NO ONE is irreplaceable. People get sick, hurt, in accidents.
Life will move on. Your are NOT the only thing that makes a company go.
Sorry to pop any Bubbles but it helps keep things in perspective.
