Hello, fellow Redlegs. This is a GREAT site! I was a Bn FDO for 7 months at Chu Lai starting October 1970. Then BC of A Btry from May until Sept. 1971 at Bayonet West. As far as I understood we were the only 8 gun Battery in the Army at that time (maybe ever). Of course they were not all in one location, but scattered at various spots to cover the highway in our AO. Two of them were with an SF camp back in the mountains.
