Direct Billing/ Independents

Any info on becoming an independent/ direct bill company, and im referring to billing fair pricing to the insurance industry not their market pricing. Info on where or how to start the process would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, just look at past threads on this subject. There are quite a few. Except for the good ones. They usually get deleted.
