make sure the underside moulding is properly set. I have experienced that the noise comes from a warped cowl panel. Try taping down the cowl to the glass to perform a diagnostic. when the customer does not want a new cowl, Dekaseal does the trick.

Thanks David. I have had a few of these do this and its always been a noise that sounds like bees. I do a few things and eventually remedy the noise, but never have been sure what the real cause was. I'd love to find the culprit and get it right the first time!
