No knowledge of the survey here, and no disrespect to Katherine, but the article above is a literal "tip of the iceberg" to the issues at hand, the lawsuit (should have been lawsuits plural) mentioned. It's possible she didn't have enough space, but then, AGRR has never chased these topics as a primary concern, to be honest.
And to Freddy's note, it would seem he's right, if you speak of it here, you'd better redact anything of definitive or descriptive substance or it will be pulled, even though the networks and insurers use the same information publicly to settle claims by the tens of thousands daily.
