The world has dried up

None here. Use to be a phone call made to Guardian would result in them running off 50 or so. They should still have the rings and fixtures. No longer the biz model I suppose. $871 on Ebay...

Guardian was a weird company. I worked at their Upper Sandusky, Ohio factory years ago in production. They always worried about "yield" and would run a lot of obsolete stuff no one needed to buy so they could maximize it. Then the parts would lay around for years collecting dust. Real efficient!

Of course I did, the people at Classics are good guys.

I even sent them a DW838 so they can make new ones ( another number that has dried up
