AZ Telemarketing

Plenty of others doing the same thing as these guys. Most likely they will sell their customer list to another group who will badger customers from years ago.

Why is the attn general only worried about outbound telemarketing?
isn't it still telemarketing when the insured calls the network?
seems like the playing field needs to be leveled.
