Policyholders Get Class-Action Status in $1 Billion RICO Lawsuit

repaired with nonoriginal equipment, reliable information, exerted financial and political influence, deliberately concealed all of this, could result in a more than a $7.6 billion payout.

Re: Policyholders Get Class-Action Status in $1 Billion RICO Lawsuit

this has been going on since I think 1999.
I doubt anyone will ever see that money.
only one getting rich is attorneys and judges.

Re: Policyholders Get Class-Action Status in $1 Billion RICO Lawsuit

First, there's much more to it than that, the original case, now.

Second, you're right, or at least the State Farm attorneys are getting rich, certainly not the plaintiffs.

Third, why do you suppose the farm is spending into the tens of millions or more to avoid this?

Fourth, it's laughable that that the Illinois Madison County legal press is trying to defend Karmeier by saying that he's obviously clean, because his peers just named him Chief Justice....when he's not even named in the lawsuit.

You just can't make this sh$$ up!

Read up, know the facts past the media, and decide for yourself.
