How to repair detached rear defroster terminal?

Looks like it is soldered on. Will a pencil soldering iron get it hot enough to melt the solder? Any better option?

two years ago I wanted to learn how to repair.
I watched youtube.
Few points.
When you clean the painted on part use a pencil eraser
fine sander paper can remove the painted on part.
use a low heat solder.
use solder flux.
I like to tin it take less time to get it to stick.
I am pretty good at it now and I charge good price.
When winter comes I will still watch the youtube movies.
