I agree. 8-10 labor hours. we plan for 12 and if were done early, great. but there are times that we invest more time for nothing. once we drove 2 vans for 1 hour to a jobsite. the customer ordered his own w/s. we tried to cover all of the possible issue but the customer failed to inspect the windshield. there were too many chips on the edge for us to install. we threw away 6 hours of time with no reimbursement. the customer blamed someone else. when he called again with another new windshield, we said no. so there are loses that must be absorbed too
