My first cracked windshield during install

I ordered the glass from Mygrant which got it from another warehouse and when it arrived at the local warehouse, they said it had a chip in it at the edge. Since they couldn't get another one like it (with mirror button attached) I decided to take it and they gave me a few bucks off to boot. LSS, I was using a Lil BUddy and was walking around to the passenger side when I heard it crack. Crack starts right at the chip. Does Mygrant do a refund or credit in these situations?

Get it from LilBuddy. Is alousy tool. Always trouble lining up glass.

It is a little late now, but I have said this on here before.
If there is a chip in the glass, TRY TO BREAK/RUN IT.
If it doesn't run, you should be good.
