2007 audi q7

I'm trying to install rear passenger door glass on audi q7. Have everything apart, door panel and everything but glass doesn't seem to fit. Tried straight up and down installation and even turning glass inside door but just seems off. Need help

Re: 2007 audi q7

This is a tough one. Strip the door and you can get the glass in. Lock assembly keeps it from going in. Or you can play butch, take a die grinder with a 3" cutoff wheel and put a slot at the rear under the outer belt molding. This will give you clearance and it won't be seen when the molding is on.
