This has been answered several times here. In addition, if you have enrolled in the Open Claims Program, you should have received quarterly email updates with regards to the program.

Yes, the Open Claims Program is still in progress. Enroll, it costs nothing and you do not need to be an IGA member, to find out more or read the other thread responses here.
