funny how the trades are charging to much, opps, it slipped out our investments didn't pay off as well as earlier too. its all because the evil trades people are charging to much though. Looks like they raised the rates 4.7 percent, while we are being paid less. interesting they are entitled to rate increases, but not the trades.
