2009 Range Rover door window replacement

I had to purchase the special infrared right front door glass from the dealer and they are telling me it takes a special tool to release the glass anybody heard of this on a 2008-2012 Range Rover and of course they can't get one for a couple weeks, has anybody done one of these its been a while since we have done one

Have done lots of these. Never had to buy a SPECIAL tool for these. They are tring to sell you something you don't need.
