2007 Mercedes c230 rain sensor

Windshield was installed yesterday part fw2473 FYG. Customer called stating rain sensor not working when switching to automatic. Any suggestions? reset maybe?

Maybe try a new rain sensor pad, we had a 2006 BMW we used FYG and had the rain sensor fail to work. Installed a new rain sensor pad and the system worked.

I have found that if you engage the system 3-5 times it will reset itself depending on the vehicle. JMHO.

ill give it a shot, and steve it is not a pad its a clip on rain/light sensor. Thanks
