Law firm to handle Ins. claims work

Does anyone out there know what kind of law firm we should retain
to go after short pays and help with arbitration process and or
appraisal litigation?

Also is Colorado a state that allows for arbitration?

I would get a hold of Gary Hart with the IGA and see if there is a local branch that is doing anything. Also, you may consider appraisal if it is an option in Colorado.
