I have yet to run into an infinity policy holder, since i just went into business 2 weeks ago, so far so good. My question is. What is the best way to go around doing work for infinity since i have heard they require policy holders to do an inspection for damage and then the work is lost to a shop of their choice? any suggestion is appreciated, only positive suggestions please.
Verify coverage and direct bill. File a ""First Notice of Loss" directly with them. You simply need an Assignment of Benefits from your customer giving you the right to file FNOL. Take solid pictures of the damage,VIN,etc. We do "after" pics as well. Bill them at rates you consider reasonable. They will pay you timely and reasonably. We have never had issues with them direct billing and you have every right to do so.
