Does any of the software help in directing customers to your shop? Like auotmatic dispatch when they call their insurance company? For example, when someone calls their insurance and say they have a broken glass but doesnt say a particular company, does Glaxis or any of the software help my company get on a "rotation"? I know collision centers can be a "Direct Repair Facility", where they are the preferred shop of that insurance company for a certain area. Does something like this exist in the glass business? Thanks for any help.
