Why would a company hype a new and improved website for several weeks then launch it when it's incomplete and can only do the basics? Mouldings don't automatically pop up, there's no invoice history, errors occur with external ordering software. Ever heard of beta testing before launching? Taking lessons from the government maybe? (healthcare.gov)
I would ask if they could make a list as to what these changes did for the end users (customer). I haven't seen anything that has made my job easier or clearer. They say once you get used to it will all be good. Waaay to many glitches to have gone live at this point! Why did they try to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place in my opinion. Guess that's why they didn't ask my opinion apparently :)
I'm not real crazy about the new web site, plus all of your info was erased, credit cards, address, ever thing. spent 20 minutes on the phone with the call center the other day giving all the info again, to find out they didn't even have the part in stock..
