FW3748

We have a customer who drives a '13 Rav 4 and we have installed 3 windshields for her, one every 3 months since she has owned it. we are using Pilkington parts. She has had it hit again and crack. FW3748GTNPLK, 3 side molding attached. Anyone else had an issue with this part?

Where is it cracking and does it do it in the same place every time?

I always tell people and I know this sounds ignorant, the 1st one cracked for a reason... I especially tell people when they have a BRAND NEW car and demand dealer glass because it's so great, then i look at the odometer and it 1200 miles. If the OEM was so great why did it break ;)
