Is anyone else being told when calling in to check on referrals or open invoices with SGC they can only take one referral per call? I was told today this started on 10/17. The representative told me it was understanbly (sorry their word not mine and I can't figure out a better spelling) due to their lack of employee support. So six calls, six referrals and 47 minutes later, I am looking for support from the masses!
