Ok just experienced a claims call where the customer was online with us and if you hit prompt #1 as you being the insured calling in without the shop you get prompted to file online. The prompt continues until you instruct the insured to hit another prompt # to take you out of the Que.
So if the shop is not on the phone to guide the customer they get directed
to online claims only and from there I can only imagine they have one shop listed for them? SL am I right here. Is this not steering at it,s best???
