Dealer part. Very simple to do. Almost like an Audi, minus the side moldings. Molding comes on glass already.Lots of plastic under the hood that needs to be removed, then just your standard cut out and install. The hardest part is figuring out how to open the hood,lol. Its all done from the center control board on the dash.

It is my understanding that at least in No California there is an approved vendor that does warranty glass work. Wondered myself if I its worth the 2-3 day training Tesla makes one go through to become validated.
They are straightforward and Doug is right, discovering how to open hood may be the hardest thing one encounters. (then again a cowl jumper won't worry)
