We current have the following position available: Windshield Centers is currently seeking a Store Manager for our Baltimore, MD location with superb attention to detail and superior customer service skills to join our team. Strong people skills are the key to success, as management responsibilities include, hiring, retention, performance management, and staff development. Store Manager Responsibilities also include resource planning and scheduling, budget/P&L management, training and facility management relative to meeting defined sales and service objectives. With quality installations and superior customer service as one of the company’s core values, the Store Manager will be accountable for ensuring the proper use of materials and safety equipment, and ongoing safety education and training. Additionally, the Store Manager will work closely with the regional operations and sales team to develop initiatives to further expand business opportunities. Will also be expected to do installations when necessary so installations expierence is a must. Candidate should be a self-starter and meet the following requirements: minimum five years progressive work experience; outstanding sales and customer service experience; ability to learn computer systems and business software; possess excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to do advanced auto glass installations a plus.
