I got an idea for the IGA

The IGA should start a score card that the AGRR shops could fill out and turn in to the insurance companies.
Here are a few suggestions:

1. Length of time on phone to receive claim number.
2. Time to receive payment.
3. Courtesy & efficiency of CSR.

This would be easy to do. We could fax them to the claims department of each insurance company!

Re: I got an idea for the IGA

You would think that the insurance companies would care but they don't. They are fully aware of what is going on. If their policyholders were complaining in mass, changes would be made. They do not care what glass shops have to say. The AGRR industry will only change if consumers become aware and become involved. In all likelihood, that will not happen. Doesn't GEICO boast something like a 90% plus customer satisfaction rate?

The IGA already has this in the Total Shop Management system.

How about we begin with the basics. Learn the word, NO, and use it on non-profitable work. Quit expecting others to do your dirty work.
