2013 dodge dart

Anyone having problems with the new dart w/s strain cracking .Have done 2 replaced both with guardian w/s both strain cracked 1 of them twice

Not sure if this helps but we have had to do 6 warranty jobs for the dealer on these. The factory glass stress cracked but there was no evidence of anything that would have caused it in the body.

Check to see if there is a TSB on these at the dealer.

Its possible that Guardian is making this Mopar part? if so then it would make sense what the above poster said.

that is a good question, that you had asked, if they are all in the same place something must be causing it, etc..

tHE ONE I HAVE REPLACED TWICE HAS CRACKED FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE BOTTOM BUT NOT FROM THE STOP . THE OTHER ONE WAS MORE FROM THE DRIVERS BOTTOM

GM had the same problem with the DW 901 in the 2 door cars. Not enough spot welds. Might be a similar problem here. We used to put in lots of pop rivets and it cured the problem.
