Customer looking for a FW 2676/77. No aftermarket on this part and PGW shows no stock. If PGW is selling MB Dealers direct are they stocking the part for the dealers and denying there other customers access to purchase these glasses????????????????

That is correct Ira. The MB glass in a PGW warehouse is NOT theirs to sell. It's as if it isn't there at all.

That is correct, they have been doing this a long time, essentially I guess the Mercedes decided a more efficient way to distribute the glass, BUT if you ask some at PGW a bad deal... I heard the rumor was that at one point in time they were going to start stocking oil or some nonsense..

they also stock washer fluid ,and benz synthetic oil. but they warehouse GM glass also. they have to make money somehow since all they lost major marketshare all over the country
