99 seabring convert/back glass

Anyone know how bad it is to do one of these? calls for 5.1 hrs .. dealer part only. dealer list is $934.00. Looks like it bolts in the back under the deck, behind a metal bar. but it's the top that scares me. Looks like the back roof brace unbolts, and the fabric locks in under or through the roof brace,, Hmmm any tips sure would help. Thank you.

Yes, you are assessing the install correctly.

Re: 99 seabring convert/back glass

This is one of the easiest conv. to do. the bottom comes with lower bars attached, and the top you slide the track from one side to other. there are some stapples that need to be replaced on lower bottom sides. If you have some experence with conv. this will be easy.
