Safelite/E-Mail Addresses

Just got off a conference call getting a dispatch # from the Gestapo. They wanted the customers e-mail address "so they could send them confirmation info".

Has anyone else experienced this? I suspect they'll use it to bombard them with B.S. as well.

I have not heard of this yet. Maybe it was something the insured had requested.

The Gestapo Agent asked the customer for it while I was on a conference call with them.
