90-97 olds cutlass convertible

Any ideas on getting a new molding for this, the thin rubber strip that goes around perimeter of glass. Dealer claims unavailable.

Also has anyone had any experience with rust in both bottom corners? Rust that appears to have broken the glass.

What are your average times for installing a new w/s in this vehicle?

Re: 90-97 olds cutlass convertible

They take us about an hour to replace. The thin rubber you are refuring to,you can use that reverse gold glass molding,we have used it before and looks good.I personaly do not like these jobs because they are usally very messy(old foam moldings, crap underneath the moldings ect.)and they seem to be an all around pain in the butt, but anyways good luck!
