If I am no longer a participant in the Lynx network, I feel I am now able to bill you properly for the work that I do. I will charge you for the work that I do. No more no less. I expect to be paid in full. For every invoice I am short paid for will be noted and filed with my attorney. This is not to be taken as a threat but is to be taken as MY fair and reasonable offer to you. I am a auto glass service provider and will never collect from the insured for a service they have prepaid for by having insurance with the insurance company you are making money off of. Merry Christmas.
Their reply:
Thankyou for contacting Lynx etc.......
There are certain insurance companies that offer cap pricing. Those insurance companies will let you know what the cap rate is as the assignment is being dispatched to you.

"Offer Cap Pricing"??? So, if you decline to accept their "offer" to cap your price, LOL, then they shouldn't expect you to accept a short payment, right?
Somebody had this up a ways back: Drugs: (Networks) JUST SAY NO.
