"good bye travelers/st.paul"

just canceled my contract with travelers/st.paul. all i was getting was chip repairs then had to pay a $10.00 processing fee to mitchell international. i maybe did 2 w/s replacements through them this year. they agreed to pay me in full when i said i would just demand full payment from their insured. funny how that changes a insurance company's attitude.
