St. Farm O&A

I think the new O&A sucks. 30% gone overnight
Can someone explain fair and reasonable one day and 30% slap in the face the next?

Wasn't it just six months ago that State Farm told NAGS to level the playing field?

Get off the O and A. Just imagine if State Farm didnt have compliance to there O and A they could no longer lower prices because they need to service their insureds. The SH-T would hit the fan at Lynx and State Farm if the glass industry would just say NO to the O and A.

The only explaination is,,, as long as there are shops willing to accept thier terms they will continue to errode pricing. THERE IS ONLY 1 ANSWER,as tough as it may be, GET OFF THE O&A! THINGS WILL CONTINUE TO GET WORSE UNTIL 80% OF THE SHOPS SAY NO!!!!
