The Countdown September 5th, 1982 Episode played on rage the weekend that just passed I do have as a Timer Code copy but of course recorded it on rage on Saturday.

Did many of you notice how much tape damage on this Episode had through a lot of the episode especially during Jane Scali. I know with Dynamic Hepnotics it had to do with the lighting on certain angles. I have noticed with a few 1982 Episodes that tape damage has been occurring which is why it's such a pity that we have to wait till every January to see Countdown. By the time rage screen all Countdown Episodes that need to be played I can just imagine the further tape damage that will occur when screening them.

All of the Countdown episodes and Rock Arena's etc should be digitised.

Hey Jason. I haven't watched the 5/9/'82 episode from the weekend yet, but I also have the time coded version. I haven't watched that time coded version in years, but is there the same issues with that as well?

I have to check the timer code to see if there are the same issues with the 1982 Episode.
