Hi did anyone else notice the 2 Countdown clip glitches in the Marc Hunter Big City Talk performance on Saturday night. It definitely cut his vocal and the other glitch I noticed was toward the end of the Renee Geyer I Can Feel The Fire performance. Why does it have to happen on songs and artists that I really like? On a much more positive note it was nice to see the November 1 1981 Renee Geyer show replayed again as it was a show that I had requested a couple of years back. Last Saturday night’s selection was just marvellous. I hope we will treated to more of the same though generally any Countdown shows are more than alright with me.

I heard two sound glitches as well, l think one was on Renée and Marc Hunter. But they didn’t sound like glitches from pixelation but more like from the original tapes of Countdown episodes.

Yes that is how they must have originally been broadcast. It does seem to happen now and again but nothing too major that I cannot live with it of course. 😄 Although I had not requested the 1980 Jon English show it was also great to see that replayed as I can send a copy to Jon’s partner.
