I was going through some of my CD's this evening and discovered the track by Freur - Doot Doot. It is on the 'retro - the best of the early 80's' CD that I bought about 15 years ago with no cover for about $5, so had no idea the title of the track or who sung it. Just tried typing it into YouTube and it came up. I see it only got to #59 in the UK. Does anyone know if it charted in Australia and position number?

Also, I was checking out a couple of my 1981 discs (these 2 were from the Time Life series of discs that had 2 double CD's for each year of the 80's. They pop up in the second hand shops every now and then and you could only get them through TV shopping in the late 90's), and stumbled on the track 'Everlasting Love' by Rachel Sweet & Rex Smith, which the video was on Countdown a couple of weeks ago!

Yep, that's Volume 1. I found the Volume 2's of each year had rarer tracks. Funny, they started sending Vol.2's to me after I had purchased all the Vol.1's even though I hadn't ordered them. I paid for 2 and then told them to stop! . Wish I didn't now. I also got 1987 Volume 2.

There are certainly more lesser known songs on Vol 2 - don't think that I've heard that Leo Sayer one.
