Yes, sound dropped out on mine to. Yes, Collette wasn't wearing underwear, lol. Her jacket was FABULOUS as were her spunky dancers :-)

Poor Collette, she really copped a lot of flak back then just for not being the usual Jimmy Barnes/Diesel-esque pub rock "real music" bogan act that would appease the Australian press. As someone I recently sent a copy of her Raze the Roof VHS on DVD (thanks Sean 
) to said, she seems lovely and down to earth on the interview snippets between the videos. And she actually co-wrote her non-cover version songs (even if they weren't all literary works of genius), despite being written off as a blonde bombshell bimbo.
