Hello everyone, my name is Andres and I am trying to help a friend of mine get his family’s Durant 75 back on the road. The car has been in Argentina for all of its life, as I understand it, and my friend is looking to locate a cylinder head for the vehicle. I will try to get as much information as possible To help narrow the search, but for now all I have is that this is a six cylinder engine with a seven main bearing configuration.

Since I live in the US, he has asked me for help to try and find this part for him. Of course, I looked everywhere on the Internet and it’s hard to find precise information about this particular engine. This is why I am posting here to see if you guys can point me in the right direction.

Do You own a car built by Durant? 1928 Durant 75 Continental 6 Engine

That's a 15U Conny engine used on 70 and 75 Durant. Going to be hard to find with only 5 known 70's and 5 known 75's in the Registry.

My bad .. the 15U was also used on the 1930 617 which was sort of half and half car. Body of the 1930 but chassis of the 70. 15 known 617 in Registry. So limited number.
