Paul .. as Frank said 614 is 1930 and nothing but tires fit a pre 30 car. Engine in the 614 will be a 22A as shown on head and block. 614 was built 1930 to 1932. If your hood has V louvers and piano hinge, its 1930. If your hood has a chromed sliding bar the hood halves sit in, then it's 1931 or 32. Probably doubtful its a 1932 from Dominion Motors in Toronto when few made and 3 survive.
The 1930 instrument surround on the dash is an elongated rad crest in shape and dash pulls are square. 1931 / 32 round pulls and different surround and different gauges.
