Kenn:

What happened to your motor. It was running fine last year, except it was burning a little oil. I have a couple of spare engines, both with the rear oil seal missing. They are being reproduced. Either one of these would need to be rebuilt. Contact me after Easter if you are interested.

Hi Gordon. I was cleaning paint off the engine and discovered a large patch of silicon over several large cracks in the block, put there by the previous owner. the crack are too extensive to weld. I patched it up again and it doesn't leak (yet) but I will be rebuilding the engine I bought from Ken McCormick next winter.
