Front Axle Seals

What will replace those front felt retainers/spindle seals ? Only good bearing place near me didn't have any suggestions.

Find an old snowboot.
Pull out the felt and your scissors.

Presto you have a felt seal

If you can't come up with a replacement lip seal and wish to get set-up to make your own seals, there are 5 Spearhead-747 gasket cutters on ebay, the wool felt sheets of variable thicknesses and density are available at McMasters-Carr, I believe I get the #F-13 12X12 sheets the cost is about 5 dollars for the 1/8" but you may wish to get an assortment.
