I've been emailing and calling for two years. They say they got the outboard piece but nothing else- they say that someday they will get around to it. Not promising

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at L & L for the last two months. Brad finally sent me an email about being away and ill.
He also mentioned only having the outside edge...but the edge he mentioned was not what I needed, I have tried to ask more questions but zero response.
Maybe there has been changes there...
