Speedometer and Gas Gauge

I'm trying to get my speedometer and gas gauge to work on my 1929 Model 63. Does anyone have details on part equivalents from other makes (i.e. Chrysler, Plymouth, Oldsmobile, etc.) for these Durant parts? I know the speedometer is Northeast Electric Co. and found a replacement head, now I'm looking for a cable. For the gas gauge, I just need a replacement gauge, as I have a new fuel sender. Any ideas on make for the gas gauge? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Speedometer and Gas Gauge

I have a gas gauge. I will email you with information. For reference in the future, I believe all of our gauges were made by W.G. Nagel Electric Co., Toledo Ohio (gas, amp and oil pressure). I believe Nagel eventually became part of Auto-Lite. White face gauges are on Durants black ones on Stars. In some of the Instruction Manuals and Repair Manuals, about three pages in, is an Equipment Manufactures listing that gives quite a bit of information on various parts that went into our cars.
