The past few years I have been occupied on other things in life but now because of a call from a young man that wondered if his dad's car was on the Registry, I have to get going on changes. That car was on the first Registry that was created in 1975.

ROSS. Do you remember the Auctioneer that sold the car from the J. and R. Museum. That sedan has a great history and I want to update my files.

Also, who sold Mikes 31 coupe?

Gary- I have no info on the auctioneer, but I believe Mike Larson bought his DeVaux from Dick Larrowe in Corbett Oregon. I think Dick had it for many years and never did anything with it. I might have gone to his barn to look at it, but that was probably fifty years ago. You kept track of that sedan that was for sale a couple years ago near me? Mollala?Estacada? Oregon.

I remembered a mutual friend that Mike and I had. I called him and he told me the auctioneer was:
Charvetclassiccars.com. Dave Charvet.
The last time I went to the Portland Swap meet was the year before Mike died. I did meet Dick Larrowe as he had a booth next to Mike.
The 31 from J. and R. was first bought by a man in your area. I think Dave bought the car to resell on his site. I will contact Dave.

Gary-You may already know this, but Bob Smith our club president bought Mike Larson's beautiful coupe that his widow had restored before she died from Charvet's Classic Cars, if you want some feedback. Ross The way I worded that it sounds like she died from Charvet's Classic Cars.

I Have a 1931 DeVaux 4dr 6cyl dual side mounts truck rack w/trunk. Body and engine rebuilt, needs interior and windows installed. I need to sell due to age and health.
If anyone interested make offer, I'm getting an appraisal. I'm clueless
